About PeptideCalc

PeptideCalc is a free calculator for peptide reconstitution arithmetic. It converts a vial size, a volume of bacteriostatic water, and a target dose into the exact number of units to draw on a U-100 insulin syringe — along with the concentration, micrograms per unit, and doses per vial.

How the numbers are calculated

Concentration = vial mass ÷ water volume. Draw volume = dose ÷ concentration. Units = draw volume × 100. All arithmetic runs in your browser; nothing you type is sent anywhere.
